We’re looking for a Technical Support in English, Desktop/Server Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar to perform IS tasks for our internal IS department.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Good understanding of computer systems.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications.
- Contented with Win10 OS and MS office apps.
- Comfortable with computer hardware and softwares.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to provide technical help, both written and verbally.
- Flexible to work in shifts at our three locations in Montevideo.
Good to have:
Certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies and previous hands-on experience for above mentioned role is an absolute plus.
