Get clients and recruiters to find and hire the talent they need. Many of them don’t know how to recruit in this new reality. You should guide them during the journey.

(This includes happy moments when they hire the best talent -but also includes pushing them promptly to do what is needed to get that result -)

To do that, you’ll learn about and be responsible for:

Make customers love us!

Make sure each candidate that applies to a job opportunity receives an excellent experience

Increase retention and NPS

Test our algorithms and give feedback to improve them

Onboard new customers

Make sure we fulfill customers’ talent requirements

Etc.
