What will you do:

  • Improve performance indicators;
  • Monitor and continuously analyze KPI;
  • Carry out quality control at the service stations;
  • Conduct product and marketing research;
  • Capture of new App drivers.
  • Selection and recruitment of drivers acquisition agents;
  • Training, motivation and adaptation of driver acquisition agents;
  • Drivers acquisition agents salary accounting.

What we expect from you:

  • Fluent English;
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Availably to travel
  • Multitasking, analytical mind;
  • Proactivity, leadership, stress resistance;
  • Putting forward new ideas, vision of business development;
  • Experience in sales/HR/business development would be an advantage.

Working terms:

  • Permanent;
  • Initial training;
  • Working hours: from 9:00 to 18:00, Saturday and Sunday are days off.
