What will you do:
- Improve performance indicators;
- Monitor and continuously analyze KPI;
- Carry out quality control at the service stations;
- Conduct product and marketing research;
- Capture of new App drivers.
- Selection and recruitment of drivers acquisition agents;
- Training, motivation and adaptation of driver acquisition agents;
- Drivers acquisition agents salary accounting.
What we expect from you:
- Fluent English;
- Intermediate Excel
- Availably to travel
- Multitasking, analytical mind;
- Proactivity, leadership, stress resistance;
- Putting forward new ideas, vision of business development;
- Experience in sales/HR/business development would be an advantage.
- Initial training;
- Working hours: from 9:00 to 18:00, Saturday and Sunday are days off.
