Oversees and manages the execution of the communications strategy, working cross-functionally from inception to deployment, ensuring that the messaging meets the needs of all stakeholders.

Builds unique and well-developed communications plans for strategic organizational launches including new destinations, disciplines and programs, increasing awareness, generating leads and driving program participation at the university and student levels.

Develops the communications strategy for the organization, focused on both University and student audiences.

Promotes Company within the international education community, positioning the organization as an industry leader and a preferred partner via conferences, presentations, etc.

Builds integrated communications campaigns utilizing Company’s communication platforms across all channels utilizing segmentation and personalization based on targets and data.

Develops ongoing campaigns based on behaviour, nurturing contacts from awareness to engagement.

Aids the University Relations team with communications and updates to promote and support their efforts in the field via effective use of collateral or other strategies.

Aids in the creation and distribution of proposals, working with the University Relations team to provide clear responses to RFPs.

Participates in all Program Development planning meetings related to program research, development and launches.

Promotes Company scholarships, student incentives, diversity initiatives, university familiarization trips via unique strategies for both students and university partners.

Works closely with Human Resources to develop and deliver internal communications for the organization both domestically and internationally.

Creates strategic awareness campaigns promoting Company’s international education initiatives via newsletters, webinars, whitepapers, gated content, etc with the goal of generating new university interest.
