Key Accountabilities

  • Develop quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze competitor pricing, assess market share and margins in order to have an action plan to drive results related to profitability and value share
  • Pricing and Revenue Management dashboards building in the available tools (Power BI, SQL Server and Excel) to give support to pricing decisions
  • Use a variety of statistical modeling methods to prepare reports that show the potential impact of various pricing strategies on paints margins and costs and how will impact profitability and sales volume
  • Analyze data related to return on investment (ROI) for existing marketing and promotional campaigns, analyze customer response to marketing efforts
  • Develop sellout and sellin price elasticity models in order to find the turning point that optimize the profitability curve
  • Give training support for the marketing areas on the best practices and market tools related to pricing
  • Support the Governance & Responsibilities mapping for the pricing processes


& Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, mathematics, engineering or related field
  • Relevant experience on pricing, revenue management or marketing
  • Advanced Excel is required (Visual Basic and Pivot Tables)
  • Data Analytics experience with tools such as Power BI is a desirable
  • Experience acquiring data via SQL routines is a plus
  • Experience with statistical tools (SPSS, R or SAS) preferred but not required
